SHIPPING POLICY

MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Every Summit & Sea Outfitters product is made especially for you after your order is placed. Please allow time for production before your order ships. Production and delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination, carrier, and time of year.

SHIPPING COSTS

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

ORDER TRACKING

When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address provided with your order. Please allow a few days for tracking information to begin updating.

MULTIPLE PACKAGES

Products may be produced at different facilities. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive separately and may have different tracking numbers. You will not be charged additional shipping because an order is divided into multiple packages.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY

Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please check your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Because orders enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order is placed.

If a package is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be resent.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please email us as soon as possible at amysadventuresandescapes@gmail.com. Include your order number and, for damaged items, clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. Customs processing may cause additional delays.
